Measure your broken spring like the picture on the right to get the correct size.

Match your broken spring to one of the spring shown above.

Look at the CURLING IRON MODELS page to see which spring has been tested and worked for our customers.

Springs 1002, 1003, 1006 & 1007 are made of a thicker metal and are stiffer.

Springs 1001, 1004, 1005, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011 & 1012 are made of a thinner metal and are more flexible.

It's a good idea to order more that one spring because they will continue to break due to metal fatigue.

United States Shipping

United States shipping is through the United States Postal Service "USPS".

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $4.65 for 1 to 100 springs

Shipping costs more than mailing a letter because:

1) According to the USPS, a padded envelope is required for mailing the spring(s).
2) The padded envelope along with the spring(s) is bulky past the ¼ inch variation in thickness and is categorized as a package.
3) Small envelopes are required for the springs to be enclosed in so the spring prongs don't puncture the package.
4) USPS tracking is provided.



International Shipping

There is a 2 spring minimum on International orders.

International shipping is through the United States Postal Service "USPS".

International shipping is very expensive, so we recommend ordering several springs.

International customers pay the same for shipping that we pay plus $1.00 to cover packaging and extra PayPal charges against the shipping costs. We pay the extra charges if your weight is over the 4 oz.

Some international orders can take a month or so. In the early 2024 winter, the Canada Post shut down delivery from the USA causing all orders to get backed up for at lease a month.

We will not cancel and refund your order if we have already shipped out your order.

Australia's flat rate shipping and handling: $20.20 for 2 to 100 springs.

Canada's flat rate shipping and handling: $15.85 for 2 to 100 springs.

France and Germany's flat rate shipping and handling: $17.15 for 2 to 100 springs.

Ireland, Italy, and the Netherlands' flat rate shipping and handling: $18.40 for 2 to 100 springs.

United Kingdom's flat rate shipping and handling: $18.85 for 2 to 100 springs.

International shipping can take a longer time than domestic shipping because:

1) The distance involved.
2) All packages are shipped from Texas to the Los Angeles California International Distribution Center, and then shipped out to your Country.
3) The amount of times the packages changes hands.
4) The package may get delayed in the destination country's customs, where it's analyzed for potential import taxes or duties.
5) In some Countries, the package’s tracking status may stop updating once it has left the United States; even though it’s still on its way.



Sales Tax

Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on the spring(s) and shipping.



Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue you a full refund minus the PayPal fees we incurred with the transaction. If you return the spring(s), only the spring cost will be refunded minus envelope costs and PayPal fees we incurred with the transaction. We will not refund the shipping cost on orders that have already shipped.



Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage to your curling iron or injury to yourself by purchasing our springs or following our spring replacement instructions.
